Well this isn't as bad as the things the Nazis did. Also, when IBM received the proposal, they weren't going to initially access the data without warrant, a key difference. This network, was orinally proposed for "retroactive wiretapping" with "spider-function" capability from active nodes. That IS legal, but what they are NOW using it for is completely illegal. (Scanning for keywords and such.)
